A 28 year old pastor,Chibuke Isreal,yesterday appeared before an Ejigbo Magistrate court in lagos, over claimed unlawful carnal knowledge and stealing.
The accused who resides at the ijegun area of lagos, is facing three-count charge of sexually assault,stealing and obtaining false pretenses.
The prosecutor,cpl Femi Adeleye, told the court that the accused committed the offences sometime in august august at 4,ojorubutu st,kudeyibu,ijegun, a suburb of lagos
Adeleye said the accused unlawfully had sex with his victim when she was nine month pregnant for another man
