The house of representative on Thursday instituted a probe into the death of a 15-year-old Nigerian student whose name is Austine Chukwuebuka Ogukwe,in Ghana.
Speaking with the house committee on diaspora, the deceased's father, Mr Obioma Ogukwe,said that he learnt of his son demise on October 16 from the police in Ghana who told him his son had drowned the previous day.
"At the morgue i discovered that he was stabbed in the rip and there were other wounds with blood on his forehead and left and right sides",he said.
He urges the house to get to the root of the matter
