An adult film star who had a banned procedure to give her a whopping O cup fears her massive br**sts will kill her.

Mega-busty Elizabeth Starr, 44, had now-illegal “string” implants to boost her career.

But the mum-of-two says her life has been ruined by her super-sized chest .

Elizabeth has undergone 63 corrective procedures to try and fix her b**bs.

But doctors say her 44-inch chest could lead to blood clots or infections .

And the only way to save her life is a double mastectomy to remove her br**sts.

Elizabeth, from Las Vegas, had a natural chest size of 36D.

But 15-years-ago she had polypropylene chest implants to pump them up to mammoth proportions.

She made a career out of her giant chest - starring in films such as Bustin’ into Las Vegas and Big b00b Strippers.

But now Elizabeth, who is 5ft 6 in and weighs around 123lb, may need her br**sts removed to save her life.

Controversial polypropylene implants work by absorbing water and fluid from the body causing the br**sts to swell.

This causes continuous expansion of the chest after surgery often leading to extreme chest sizes.

The implants have led to some of the largest br**sts ever – but the procedure is rarely seen outside of the adult film entertainment industry due to the risks concerned.
